MONTHLY RENTAL The Lizarra apartment is located on the third floor of a recently built building with a lift at ground level.
It has a well-equipped kitchenette, dining area and living room in the same room with access to a small terrace that overlooks the street that gives the apartment its name. In addition, it has three bedrooms, two of them with single beds and the last one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. It also has another bathroom with shower in the corridor.
The private parking is in the same building with access from the elevator. The heating is central for the whole building. There is free Wi-Fi.
In case of cancellation, the amount paid corresponding to the commission and cleaning fee will not be returned.
