MONTHLY RENTAL The Lizarra II apartment is located on the fourth floor of a recently built building with a lift at ground level.
It has a well-equipped kitchenette, dining area and living room in the same room with access to a terrace that overlooks the street that gives the apartment its name. In addition, it has three bedrooms, one of them with single beds, the other with a single bed and the last one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. It also has another bathroom with shower in the hallway.
The private parking is in the same building with access from the elevator. The heating is central for the whole building. There is free Wi-Fi.
In case of cancellation, the amount paid corresponding to the commission and cleaning fee will not be returned.
