Located on the first floor of a building with a lift, access requires going up two steps at the entrance. With 85 m² carefully distributed, the apartment accommodates up to 5 people in three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with single beds. It has two full bathrooms and an additional toilet, which ensures comfort even for group stays.
The open concept kitchen, modern and fully equipped, allows you to prepare everything from a relaxed breakfast to an improvised dinner with fresh products from the Gros market, located just 200 meters away, in Nafarroa Behera square. Here you can find fruits, vegetables, cheeses, and other local products directly from local producers.
The apartment has air conditioning in all rooms, individual gas heating, and high-speed WiFi. It also features an interior terrace, perfect for getting some fresh air or unwinding with some peace and quiet at the end of the day.

MONTHLY RENTAL The Lizarra II apartment is located on the fourth floor of a recently built building with a lift at ground level. It has a well-equipped kitchenette, dining area and living room in the same room with access to a terrace that overlooks the street that gives the apartment its name. In addition, it has three bedrooms, one of them with single beds, the other with a single bed and the last one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. It also has another bathroom with shower in the hallway. The private parking is in the same building with access from the elevator. The heating is central for the whole building. There is free Wi-Fi.
