The views are beautiful all year round, and perfect for enjoying the fireworks during Semana Grande in August, the rowing regattas in September and other sporting and cultural events. From the complex there is a private elevator down to Paseo de Miraconcha, so going to the beach is quick and easy. The nearest supermarket is also just a few steps from the elevator.
