MONTHLY RENTAL Large apartment with garage in the Gros neighborhood, a few steps from Zurriola beach.
The property is located on the sixth floor of a building with an elevator. It is very spacious and cozy. The hall divides the house into two spaces. The American kitchen area is spacious, we see a very well-equipped kitchen and attention to detail. Right there we find the dining room, with an extendable table, sofa area and a large format television and air conditioning. We also found a room with two single beds. In this area we find a complete bathroom with a bathtub and bidet.
In the other area, we find a room with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower and bidet. We also have a living room that leads to another room with two single beds and a desk area. Both rooms have access to the terrace, ideal to enjoy in the summer months.
It has individual gas boiler heating, air conditioning in the kitchen area and Wi-Fi with repeater for a better connection throughout the house.
The parking space is in the same building.
